Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacement requests within 24 hours of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Perishable items (such as dairy, vegetables, and fruits) cannot be returned unless they are spoiled upon delivery.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-7 business days).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please go to your Orders section or contact our customer support immediately after receiving your package.
